Pipe support elements - pipe clamp of steel - split type

This standard provides recommendations concerning split pipe clamps in steel for pipe anchorage sections designed in accordance with SSG 7005E.
In the use of types 3, 9 and 10 carried out in accordance with SSG 7005, fixed clamp halves in accordance with SSG 7081E should be used. In case of higher loads or at temperatures above 200 °C, fixed clamp halves in accordance with SSG 7081 should also be used for types 1, 4, 5, 17 and 18 in SSG 7005, to avoid the deformation of pipe clamps.
