Orientering

This document describes the typical construction of a pipe penetration through a concrete wall. The method is applicable for both uninsulated and insulated pipelines. For insulated pipelines the value of D includes pipe insulation.
Penetrations for several pipes are made in the same general manner, subject to the necessary adjustments in the wall and cover sheets for the pipes concerned.
In pipelines subject to large thermal changes, wall penetrations may have to be specially designed.
