Lubrication systems – recommendations for selection and procurement

This standard is intended to serve as a guideline for the selection and procurement of lubrication systems. The intention is for the user to have a safe highly available lubrication system with low maintenance costs. This is to include consumption and circulation systems.

The purchaser’s technical delivery conditions for tendering and procuring lubrication systems are set out in Appendix 1 – Lubrication system – technical specifications.

Variants or choice of lubricant are not covered in these instructions.
