This Guide covers general terms and instructions on how to measure and define jointly selected Key Performance Indicators during maintenance activities. The document is based on experience from a number of plants in the pulp and paper industry.
This Guide refers to measurements mainly against work orders and therefore the guide is limited to reasonable parts of maintenance activities.
