This standard applies to SSG PED pipe classes in stainless and acid resistant material. For a summary of SSG's PED pipe classes, see SSG 7829E – Piping class according to PED: summary.
SSG's PED pipe classes consist of pipes and fittings dimensioned after a pressure and temperature curve (p/T) for pressureclasses PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40. The standard also covers pipe class PN3 (low pressure).
